Biography

Kevin D. Gray is a Lecturer at the Yale School of Management, specializing in real estate finance and investment. He holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Yale. With substantial experience in real estate advisory, he is the principal of Kevin D Gray Consulting and co-founder of Stone Road Capital LLC, which operates in Dhaka, Bangladesh, focusing on fundraising for real estate and infrastructure projects across Asia. Previously, he served as managing director of real estate investment banking at PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities. Mr. Gray is also a licensed real estate broker and an emeritus registered architect. At Yale, he teaches courses on international real estate, including history and ownership aspects.
