Biography

Khac-Hoang Ngo is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Communication Systems at Linköping University, Sweden. He received his B.Eng. degree in electronics and telecommunications with the highest honors from the University of Engineering and Technology, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, in 2014. He went on to complete his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees, both with the highest honors, at CentraleSupélec, Paris-Saclay University, France, in 2016 and 2020, respectively. His Ph.D. research was conducted at the Mathematical Algorithmic Sciences Laboratory, Paris Research Center, Huawei Technologies France. After completing his Ph.D., he worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Communication Systems Group at Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden, before joining Linköping University in September 2024. His research interests are centered around gaining fundamental insights and leveraging these insights for the practical design of information transmission and processing systems. He has received multiple awards for his contributions, including the Golden Globe Award for Science Technology under-35 Vietnamese researchers in 2024 and the Paper Award at the 2023 IEEE Statistical Signal Processing Workshop. Khac-Hoang Ngo’s work continues to contribute to advancements in the field of wireless communications.
