Biography

Dr. Fuad completed his Ph.D. in Computer Information Systems at Georgia State University in 2022 and joined the faculty of Penn State University at Harrisburg in Fall 2022. He has taught undergraduate courses in Business Analytics and Information Systems Management Applications. His research interests focus on digital innovation, transformation, and the application of Artificial Intelligence in organizations. Prior to joining Penn State Harrisburg, he served as a Doctoral Research Fellow with the University Innovation Alliance, where he conducted research on the role of digital technologies in improving the performance of students facing social, economic, and pedagogical challenges.
