Biography

Professor Yeo Kiat-Seng is a Full Professor at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) and has a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years in academia and industry. He has been appointed as the Professor Advisor for Global Partnerships in the Office of the President since July 2014. Prior to joining SUTD, he served at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore for 13 years in various management positions, including Associate Chair for Research and Head of the Circuits Systems. He is recognized as a leading authority in low-power RF/mm-wave IC design and has contributed significantly to the field through his research on CMOS technology and related innovations. His supervision of over 100 postgraduate students has cultivated a generation of successful leaders in both academia and industry. He has received numerous awards, including the Public Administration Medal and the Nanyang Alumni Achievement Award, acknowledging his exceptional contributions to the university and society.
