Biography

Kimberly Bain is an Assistant Professor in the Department of English Language and Literatures at the University of British Columbia. She holds a PhD from Princeton University and specializes in critical-creative scholarship focused on African diaspora, race, gender, and environmental issues related to medical racism and the Anthropocene. She has published extensively in noted journals and anthologies, advancing discussions around Black digital humanities, speculative literature, and critical race theory.
