Biography

Kimberly L. Katz, MD, FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist and full-time faculty member at the University of Washington Department of Dermatology. She currently practices at the UW Medical Center–Roosevelt Dermatology Center and Eastside Specialty Center. In addition to her outpatient practice, Dr. Katz teaches trainees in the inpatient dermatology consultation service. Originally from New Jersey, she completed her dermatology residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin and underwent a postdoctoral fellowship focused on psoriasis and psoriatic disease under the mentorship of Kenneth B. Gordon, MD. Dr. Katz is dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible care to her patients, treating both friends and family. Her clinical expertise is focused on medical dermatology, including the diagnosis, work-up, and treatment of skin cancer and inflammatory skin conditions.
