Biography

Kimberly Wade-Benzoni is a Professor of Management and Organizations at the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, and is a scholar at the Center of Leadership and Ethics. She is an internationally recognized expert in intergenerational decision making. Throughout her career, she has received numerous awards for her research from prestigious organizations including the International Association of Conflict Management and the National Science Foundation. Wade-Benzoni has co-edited a book on environmental valuation and has held leadership roles within the Duke University Academic Council as well as the editorial boards of leading journals. Prior to joining Fuqua, she held academic positions at the Stern School of Business and the Kellogg School of Management, where she garnered a teaching award for her negotiations course. She also has industry experience from her time at Verizon in various roles including systems engineering and corporate training.
