Biography

Kristi began her role as a Professional Practice Instructor in August 2023, having previously held the position of Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at the School of Pharmacy since fall 2019. In her current role, she is the course coordinator for PHARM 127: Professional Communication Skills and has acted as a teaching assistant and lab facilitator for courses in the Professional Practice series. Additionally, Kristi has served as a research assistant for the School of Pharmacy’s National Pharmacist-led Smoking Cessation Initiative, where she precepted students during their co-op placements and clinical rotations. As a registered pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists and a former Designated Manager, she has extensive experience in community pharmacy practice. Her research interests focus primarily on Communication in community pharmacy practice.
