Biography

Kristin Milchanowski is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and serves as the EY Global Quantum Leader overseeing the Quantum Technology Lab. This lab focuses on quantum computing and sensing, hybrid AI plus quantum algorithms. Kristin is recognized globally for her expertise in quantum technology and illicit finance, particularly in bio-facial recognition related to terrorist financing, helping governments and clients combat illicit activities. She has developed an advanced computing fraud detection engine and contributed to the final report of the U.S. National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence in 2021. Previously, Kristin held significant roles such as Chief Data Scientist in the Legal Compliance Division at Morgan Stanley and was involved in GFCC Technology Model Management at JP Morgan. She is also on the Auxiliary Board of Children's National Hospital Foundation in Washington, DC, and serves on the advisory boards of Lamborghini Automobili and Blackguard Inc., a bio-facial recognition software firm. Kristin earned her Ph.D. in Decision Sciences and a graduate diploma in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Oxford.
