Kristine Irizarry, MBA, is an accomplished professional serving as the Project Coordinator for Financial Health at Yale LET(s)Lead Academy. With 14 years of experience in behavioral health and community engagement, Kristine is dedicated to equity, innovation, and excellence in program management and development. As a proud graduate of LET(s)Lead Academy (2021), she coordinates and guides the program while drawing on her lived experience and professional expertise to mentor and empower emerging leaders. Her passion for inclusive, recovery-oriented, community-driven work is evident in her proactive approach to collaboration and outreach, championing equity and belonging in alignment with Yale University's mission of diversity and social responsibility. Outside of her professional commitments, Kristine enjoys exploring the cultural richness of Western Massachusetts, where she resides with her family. She finds inspiration in reading, engaging with local shops, and maintaining her physical well-being through regular gym sessions, reflecting her dedication to personal growth and a holistic approach to life and work.
