Biography

Kristine Marmai completed medical school and the anesthesiology residency program at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University. She further specialized with a one-year fellowship in Obstetrical Anesthesiology at the same institution. In 2011, she joined the Department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Medicine at the London Health Sciences Centre, initially as an Assistant Professor. Marmai is also a member of the Obstetrical Anesthesia subspecialty group. Her research interests include obstetrical anesthesia, quality assurance, and post-graduate education. She is actively involved in resident education, coordinating and teaching case-based sessions.
