Dr. Krzysztof Dzieciolowski

Biography

Krzysztof Dzieciolowski's career combines 30 years of experience in data science leadership roles within the Canadian telecommunications industry, along with teaching and research. He is a part-time faculty member at the John Molson School of Business in Montreal. Throughout his professional career, Dzieciolowski has led data science modeling teams at Rogers and Bell Canada, focusing on developing predictive models and analytical solutions for key business challenges. Currently, he serves as the Chief Analytics Officer at Daesys, an AI startup in Montreal where he works on developing a Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) platform. His teaching includes courses in data mining, statistics, and data science for both undergraduate and graduate students. Dzieciolowski is an advocate for experiential learning and has successfully developed a Certification in Business Analytics and Predictive Modeling in collaboration with SAS. His research interests lie in statistics and data science methods, with a focus on machine learning model diagnostics, explainability, multivariate analysis, and text analytics. He has received several accolades, including a research award from the Concordia University Part-Time Faculty Association and is known as an active speaker at academic and industry conferences across North America and Europe.
