Biography

Kuan-Huei Lee is an Associate Professor at the Singapore Institute of Technology with a PhD in Tourism Management from the University of Queensland, Australia. His expertise lies in Business and Communication Design, as evidenced by his extensive role in academic and industry committees. Over the years, he has been involved in various leadership positions, including Programme Director and Leader, focusing on programs related to Food Business Management. His teaching spans a wide range of subjects, reflecting his comprehensive background in the hospitality and tourism sectors. Kuan-Huei’s research interests include consumption behaviour among food tourists, service improvement within the hospitality industry, and cross-cultural studies of tourist behaviour. His dedication to education and research has earned him accolades such as the Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Endeavour Award and various certifications in hospitality and education. Kuan-Huei has consistently contributed to academic growth and has made a significant impact in his field, engaging students in both theoretical and practical aspects of hospitality management.
