Kyle Frackman is an Associate Professor in the Central, Eastern & Northern European Studies at the University of British Columbia (UBC). He joined UBC in July 2012 and has taught at several institutions in the United States, including the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Smith College, and Amherst College.
