Lajos Hanzo received his Master degree in 1976 and Doctorate in 1983 from the Technical University (TU) Budapest. He was awarded the Doctor of Sciences (DSc) degree by the University of Southampton in 2004 and holds honorary doctorates from TU Budapest (2009) and the University of Edinburgh (2015). Over his career, he has published more than 2000 contributions to IEEE Xplore and authored 19 books with Wiley-IEEE Press.
