Biography

Professor Lambis Petridis graduated from the Dental School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, earning first class honors in 1994. He continued his education at Tufts University in Boston, completing an Advanced Education Programme in Prosthodontics in 1997 and obtaining a Master of Science degree in 1998. He further pursued postgraduate studies, culminating in a PhD from Aristotle University in 2001. From 2000 to 2012, he practiced in Thessaloniki, Greece, focused on restorative, aesthetic, and implant dentistry while serving as Assistant Professor in Prosthodontics at the same university. In 2012, he moved to London to accept a position as Senior Clinical Lecturer at UCL Eastman Dental Institute, and by 2019, he became Professor and Chair of Prosthodontics. He directs the Master Clinical Dentistry program specializing in Prosthodontics. An active researcher, he has authored and co-authored numerous papers in international journals, with a focus on Prosthodontics and aesthetic dentistry. He is a recognized member of several professional organizations in the field, including the International College of Prosthodontists and the Academy of Osseointegration.
