Larne Abse Gogarty is an Associate Professor and Head of History and Theory of Art at the Slade School of Fine Art, University College London. In 2023, she released 'Secret: Contemporary Art and the Antinomies of Conspiracy,' addressing how contemporary art relates to conspiracy theories in the wake of a far-right populist turn in Europe. Larne is actively involved in organizing academic seminars and conferences on art and politics and frequently writes criticism for Art Monthly.
