Professor Dr. Lars Karlsson

Biography

Lars Karlsson is a Senior Lecturer in Political Science at the University of Gothenburg, with a PhD obtained in 2003. He focuses on public administration and the relationship between the public sector and citizens. His current research emphasizes rights, accountability, and the welfare state, exploring political means of control. Lars coordinates bachelor's and master's programs in public administration and supervises doctoral theses. He has significant experience in teaching at various institutions, including the University of Gothenburg and Linnaeus University.
