Biography

Lars Nyberg serves as a Professor of Neuroscience and is the director of the Umeå Center for Functional Brain Imaging (UFBI). He is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences. His research has focused on functional neuroimaging, particularly memory, for over two decades. Nyberg is the principal investigator of the Betula longitudinal project that studies aging, memory, and dementia.
