Biography

Lars Tummers is a Professor at Utrecht University, specializing in Public Administration and Organizational Science with a focus on Public Management and Behavioral Change. An internationally recognized expert, he has contributed significantly to understanding how to facilitate behavioral changes that enhance individual lives. Tummers has previously worked with PwC and Erasmus University Rotterdam, and served as a visiting scholar at both the University of Oxford and the University of California, Berkeley.
