Biography

Laura Baranzini received her PhD in Italian Linguistics from the University of Geneva in 2010. She has worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the universities of Neuchâtel, Basel, and Turin. Currently, she is a permanent researcher at the OLSI. Her competence areas include implicit communication, Italian language studies, Swiss pragmatics, sociolinguistics, and the study of Tense-Aspect-Modality in the context of communication.
