Biography

Professor Graham is involved in developing and evaluating interventions for adults experiencing mild Traumatic Brain Injury (mTBI). Her work includes the BrainEx90 program, which implements circuit training-style therapy covering self-management exercises, vision rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, balance/core stability, cardiovascular training, and cognitive rehabilitation. Additionally, she developed the MyBrainPacer™ App, a tool designed for symptom self-management that aids individuals with mTBI in planning and pacing their activities. Her academic interests focus on the physiological foundations of physiotherapy, specifically in the theory and science of rehabilitation for neurological and complex chronic conditions, emphasizing vision rehabilitation following post-concussion/mTBI. She is a member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and works as a physiotherapist at Parkwood Institute, St. Joseph’s Health Care London. Professor Graham has received several awards for teaching excellence, including a Teaching Award from the School of Physical Therapy at Western University in 2017 and the Nan Phillipson Award for Excellence in Teaching Assistants in 2013.
