Biography

Laura Rosendahl Huber is an Associate Professor at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam. Her research focuses on interconnected themes within entrepreneurship, particularly on how individual and team-level human capital influences entrepreneurial decision-making and performance. Laura's empirical analyses cover a range of topics including entrepreneurship training, entrepreneurial teams, and evaluation policies aimed at fostering innovation. Her work compares strategic decision makers across different dimensions, including gender differences among entrepreneurs and managers. She has received awards for her paper, including an Empirical Paper Award from the Academy of Management Conference. Laura has also served as an ad-hoc reviewer for various high-profile academic journals. In addition to her research, she teaches courses in Economics within the Bachelor of Business Administration program and serves as a Faculty Mentor for the Strategic Leadership Development track of the Global Executive MBA program. Laura holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Amsterdam and has previously worked as a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition.
