Biography

Lauren Cipriano is a Professor of Management Science at Ivey Business School, Western University, where she holds the position of Canada Research Chair in Healthcare Analytics, Management, and Policy. She also holds joint appointments in the Department of Medicine and the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry. Additionally, she has provided consulting services to prominent organizations including the World Health Organization and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. She earned her MS in Statistics and PhD in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in decision-making analytics and business analytics. Dr. Cipriano has published extensively in prestigious journals and serves as a Deputy Editor for Medical Decision Making.
