Biography

Lauren Morry is a Post-Award Visitor at the Faculty of Theology and Religion, University of Oxford, and a Research Fellow at the Institute for Orthodox Christian Studies. She has served as the University Research Ethics Officer at Oxford Brookes University. Her doctoral research, completed in 2023, focused on the Church of England's approach to engaging with Islam, specifically addressing issues related to church-state relations and religious diversity. Lauren is currently undertaking ethnographic research on conversion to Orthodox Christianity in the United Kingdom.
