Biography

Lauren Tribe is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering and in Biomedical Engineering at Western University. She has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Western University, completed in 2000, and holds a BESc in Biochemical Engineering and a BSc in Honours Biochemistry, obtained in 1994 and 1992, respectively. Dr. Tribe's research interests focus on particulate technologies and engineering education. She is an active member of the Ontario Network of Women in Engineering, the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers, the Canadian Engineering Education Association, and the Canadian Society of Chemical Engineers. Her work aims to enhance the learning experience in engineering and support diversity in the field.
