In addition to teaching at Stamps, Lee runs a bookbinding collaborative lithography studio in Detroit. He worked as a production letterpress designer and printer for Yee-Haw Industries in Knoxville, Tennessee, and Signal-Return Press in Detroit. Lee is a recipient of the year-long Stein Fellowship at the Center for Book Arts in New York, and his work is held in Special Collections Libraries across the country. He has collaborated and printed editions for artists such as Hernan Bas, Alison Bechdel, Lesley Dill, Henrik Drescher, Nina Katchadourian, Charles McGee, Mario Moore, and Sabrina Nelson. Lee received his Certificate in Book Arts & Technologies and MLIS in Library Science from the University of Iowa Joint Program at the Center for the Book, and an MFA in Printmaking from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. In 2022, he was promoted at Stamps Faculty.
