Biography

Lehana Thabane is a Professor in the Department of Health Research Methods, Evidence, and Impact at McMaster University. He serves as Vice President of Research at St. Joseph’s Healthcare—Hamilton and is the Scientific Director at the Research Institute of St. Joseph’s Healthcare. His research focuses on biostatistics, particularly in designing studies and analyzing data relevant to health research. He plays a pivotal role in various collaborative efforts aimed at improving health outcomes through scientific research. In his capacity as an educator, he contributes to teaching activities in statistics and health research methods, providing guidance and support to students in their academic pursuits.
