Dr. Lena Klein

Biography

Lena Klein is a Lecturer at the Georgia Institute of Technology in the School of Architecture. She is a Senior Associate Facade Consultant at Front Inc, currently based in Atlanta. Lena has experience working in the New York and Berkeley offices of Front, focusing on a variety of projects that range from private residences to multi-family residential buildings, office towers, retail spaces, and cultural institutions. She has collaborated with renowned architects such as Herzog & de Meuron, Shigeru Ban, and DS+R. Lena's expertise lies in digital modeling and material science, enabling her to advance innovative and environmentally responsive design practices. Her interests encompass the technical expressions of design logic and the development of architectural ecosystems through the integration of sustainable materials. Lena Klein holds a Master of Architecture and a Master of Science in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
