Lenette Aalling is a Communications Specialist at Aalborg University with a focus on mold fungi, moisture, and building environments. She leads the advisory service skimmel.dk, which addresses issues related to mold fungus in buildings, and collaborates with organizations such as Landsbyggefonden and Grundejernes Investeringsfond. Aalling’s work involves project management and scientific communication, particularly aimed at improving indoor environmental quality through energy-efficient renovations. She has co-authored several scientific publications and guidelines on mold-related building issues, including the SBi Guidelines 'Mold Fungus Buildings – Renovation'. Aalling’s expertise extends to providing practical advice and communication strategies for researchers, professionals, and the public. She participates in various conferences, including ISIAQ Healthy Buildings Europe Conference, focusing on disseminating knowledge about building physics and indoor air quality.
