Biography

Leonidas C. Koutsougeras completed his studies in the U.S.A and has held a research fellow position at CORE in Belgium before joining the University of Manchester in 1997. He has held visiting appointments at CORE in 2010, CentER at Tilburg University from 1998 to 2000, and the Institute of Economics at the University of Copenhagen in Fall 2003. Koutsougeras has served as vice chair on review panels for the European Union's FP6, FP7, and Horizon2020 framework programs. He teaches various courses in Financial Economics and Mathematical Economics at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, covering topics such as arbitrage, asset pricing, and game theory.
