Biography

Li Azinovic-Yang’s research broadly relates to the antecedents and consequences of corporate disclosure. He uses analytical modeling and data analysis to study the interaction between information disclosure, firm innovation and investment, competitive structure, and labor practices. Azinovic-Yang earned his PhD from Columbia Business School and holds a master's degree in banking and finance from the University of Zurich, and a bachelor's degree in finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
