Professor Dr. Lia Stanciu Gregory

Biography

Lia Stanciu-Gregory is a Professor in the Department of Materials Science Engineering and holds a courtesy position in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Purdue University. She completed her PhD in Materials Science Engineering in 2003 at the University of California at Davis. Her research interests focus on electron microscopy, biomaterials, biomolecular materials, nanomaterials, structural properties, macromolecular assemblies, and inorganic nanomaterials. Professor Stanciu-Gregory is actively engaged in the study of advanced materials and their applications, contributing significantly to the field of materials science through her academic and research endeavors.
