Biography

Liam Shields is a Lecturer in Political Theory at the University of Manchester. He was born and raised in mid-Cheshire. His recent work has critiqued the admission processes at elite universities, arguing for a more equitable evaluation of student candidates. In 2016, he published a book titled "Enough: Sufficiency Demand Justice." He aims to continue developing rigorous frameworks for understanding parental rights and educational opportunities in the context of distributive justice.
