In October 2024, Liliana Vargas Meleza joined the BedrettoLab as a data manager where she handles the research data lifecycle. This includes data collection, organization, documentation, storage, and sharing of publications to ultimately produce FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) datasets that are used for current and future research. She works closely with the EPOS Multi-Scale Laboratories to ensure that the datasets and experiments conducted at BedrettoLab are discoverable in the EPOS Data Catalogue, which serves the wider Earth Science community. Liliana is also a member of the Data Stewardship Network at ETH Zurich.
