Biography

Lillian Wu is a Lecturer in the School of Engineering at The University of Western Australia. She previously served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and has also conducted research at Kongju National University in South Korea. Lillian earned her Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Monash University in Australia. Lillian specializes in spatial analysis and urban big data modeling, exploring complex relationships between the built environment, transport systems, and human mobility. She has published her research in leading international journals and has been invited to present her work at notable research institutions and international conferences, including the Transportation Research Board Annual Meeting and the IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Conference. Lillian is currently seeking motivated PhD students with backgrounds in engineering disciplines such as transportation, software, electrical, and automation engineering to join her research group. She welcomes visiting PhD students and has served as a reviewer for multiple academic journals, recognized for her contributions to transportation research.
