Biography

Lily Song is a Conjoint Senior Lecturer at the University of New South Wales and a Senior Research Fellow at the George Institute for Global Health. With over 15 years of experience in clinical research, her work focuses on the treatment and prevention of acute strokes, particularly in blood pressure management and the use of digital management platforms for stroke care. She currently leads multiple large-scale clinical trials, including INTERACT3, INTERACT4, ENCHANTED-MT, and CHAIN, and serves on various steering committees and data safety monitoring boards for major clinical trials. Dr. Song has published more than 50 articles in high-impact clinical journals such as the New England Journal of Medicine and Lancet.
