Linda Liou is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in various general dermatological conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancers, and hair and nail problems. She has a special interest in contact dermatitis and patch testing. As an Assistant Professor in the Department of Dermatology at UC San Diego School of Medicine, she trains medical students and residents. Dr. Liou completed her dermatology residency at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, affiliated with Case Western Reserve University, where she also maintained a continuity clinic at Louis Stokes Veterans Affairs Medical Center, serving veterans in Northeast Ohio. She earned her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. A member of the American Academy of Dermatology, she is excited to return to her alma mater in Southern California to serve the people of San Diego. Outside of work, Dr. Liou enjoys spending time with her family, going on hikes, and exploring new restaurants and attractions in San Diego. She speaks conversational Mandarin and is committed to providing high-quality care to her patients.
