Biography

Dr. Milor received a B.S. degree in Engineering Physics from the University of California at Berkeley and a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university in 1992. Her Ph.D. thesis focused on testing analog mixed signal circuits. Before joining Georgia Tech, she served as Vice President of Process Technology Product Engineering at eSilicon Corporation, and as Product Engineering Manager at Advanced Micro Devices in Sunnyvale, California. She was also a faculty member at the University of Maryland in College Park. Dr. Milor has published over 200 research papers on yield testing of semiconductor integrated circuits, receiving nine 'best paper' awards and reaching 50 citations on Google Scholar. She has graduated 18 Ph.D. students and has consulted as an expert witness in circuit design, testing, and semiconductor manufacturing, with experience in testifying in depositions.
