Dr. Lindy Greer

Biography

Lindred (Lindy) Greer is a Professor of Management and Organizations at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. She serves as the Faculty Director of the Sanger Leadership Center, focusing her research on the design and leadership of high-performing teams. Lindy has published in prestigious outlets such as the Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, and the Journal of Applied Psychology. Her research has garnered recognition, earning her several awards from the Academy of Management and the American Psychological Association. Lindy has served as Deputy Editor for Organization Science and held editorial positions on the boards of six leading management psychology journals. Furthermore, she collaborates with Michigan Ross Executive Education to develop C-suite leadership programs for influential global companies. Since joining Ross in 2019, she has worked with organizations including Amazon, Ernst & Young, and Google, among others, contributing significantly to both academic literature and applied business practice.
