Biography

Lingjia Tang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Michigan. His research focuses on designing systems for AI applications, particularly in Conversational AI systems. He is also an entrepreneur and co-founder of Myca.ai, a company dedicated to enhancing personal productivity through cutting-edge AI technology. Additionally, Lingjia Tang is a strategic advisor for Jaseci Labs, LLC, and has co-founded Clinc, a conversational AI company that has raised $70 million in venture capital. He has led teams in designing and deploying various large-scale AI solutions, including a mobile AI assistant for USBank that serves over 6 million users.
