Biography

Linh Bui holds a Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management from the Australian National University, awarded in January 2025. Prior to her doctoral studies, she worked at the Da Nang Department of Home Affairs in Vietnam for six years. Her research has been published in reputable international journals, including the Journal of Business Ethics, Australian Journal of Management, Small Group Research, and Group Dynamics: Theory, Research, and Practice. Bui's PhD dissertation significantly advances the study of groups and was awarded the J. Richard Hackman Award. She has received funding from the American Psychological Association and the Da Nang City Government for her studies. Her research interests focus on teamwork, innovation, emotions, well-being, accountability, and temporal dynamics, utilizing a process-oriented, multilevel theoretical perspective along with various research methodologies such as field surveys, lab experiments, and meta-analysis.
