Lisa Lattanza is the Ensign Chair of the Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation at Yale School of Medicine. She has received numerous accolades for her clinical care and outreach efforts, including the UCSF Compassionate Physician award and the 2021 Diversity Award from the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Additionally, Lattanza co-founded the Perry Outreach Program, which aims to increase the representation of women in orthopaedic surgery and engineering. She has also contributed significantly to research in her field, focusing on diversity and innovation in orthopaedic surgery.
