Biography

Lisa Moreau is a seasoned learning capacity development practitioner with over 35 years of experience in international development. She has worked in more than 40 countries, focusing on creating innovative and practical solutions that empower development organizations, teams, and individuals to reach their full potential. Ms. Moreau has been involved in large-scale, multi-country program research projects within the international development sector. Her past and current clients include prominent organizations such as FHI 360, the Pan-American Health Organization (PAHO), Columbia University, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), IntraHealth International, and the Peace Corps. Notably, her writing projects have produced significant publications, including a counselor training study for HPTN 052, which contributed to HIV treatment prevention and recognized Science Magazine’s 2011 Breakthrough Year. Lisa is also an enthusiastic project management professional, certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Project Management Development Professional (PMD Pro) Level 2.
