Biography

Lisa Nakamura is the Gwendolyn Calvert Baker Collegiate Professor of American Culture at the University of Michigan. She received her Ph.D. from the CUNY Graduate Center in 1996. Her research interests encompass a wide range of fields, including Asian American studies, digital media theory, digital game studies, feminist theory, and film and television studies.
