Lisa Pawlik began teaching Business Communication at the Ross School of Business in 2005. She instructs BBA and MBA students in managerial writing and presentation skills, coaching multiple action-based learning programs. Her business experience includes 20 years in operations, planning, and program management at General Motors, where she was an executive leader in Competitive Intelligence, identifying and formulating responses to strategic opportunities and threats in the automotive industry.
