Biography

Liva Andrejeva-Wright, MD, is an Associate Professor of Radiology & Biomedical Imaging at Yale School of Medicine. She specializes in breast imaging, interpreting mammograms and MRI exams, and performing breast biopsies. Dr. Andrejeva-Wright is passionate about resident and fellow education and has been involved in research quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing the educational experiences of residents and evaluating their performance. She strives to empower her patients by explaining their results and helping them make informed decisions regarding their care. In addition to her clinical role, she serves as the Assistant Director of the Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program at Yale School of Medicine, training the next generation of radiologists in breast imaging and tomosynthesis (3D mammography).
