Logan MacDonald is an artist, curator, writer, and educator whose work focuses on queer, disability, and Indigenous perspectives. With European Mi’kmaq ancestry and identifying as an Indigenous settler, he has exhibited throughout North America, notably at L.A.C.E. in Los Angeles, John Connelly Presents in New York, Ace Art Inc. in Winnipeg, Rooms in St. John's, and Articule in Montréal. His artworks and writings have been featured in C Magazine, Un Magazine, and Canadian Art in 2019. MacDonald was longlisted for the Sobey Art Award and honored with a six-month residency at Künstlerhaus Bethanien in Berlin. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Concordia University and a Master of Fine Arts in Studio Arts from York University. Currently, he serves as the Vice-Chair of the Aboriginal Curatorial Collective.
