Biography

Loizos Heracleous is an expert in strategic management, change leadership, corporate governance, and organization development. An experienced executive development practitioner, he has worked with senior managers in blue-chip corporations since 1997. He holds the Chair in Strategy and Organization at Warwick Business School and has published 80 research papers in leading periodicals such as the Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review. His recent book, 'Janus Strategy,' outlines how companies can achieve competing goals of high-quality innovation at low costs. Loizos has received multiple awards for his research and teaching, including the prestigious Douglas McGregor Award and a recognition from Stanford University as among the top 2% of scientists globally based on citation impact. He earned his PhD in Strategic Management from the University of Cambridge.
