Dr. Lora Glass

Biography

Dr. Lora Rabin Dagi Glass is an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at Columbia University's Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. She is a board-certified ophthalmologist with a fellowship in ophthalmic plastic surgery. Dr. Glass specializes in disorders of the eyelids, eyebrows, lacrimal drainage systems, and orbital tissues, and she works extensively with both children and adults to create individualized medical and surgical plans. She holds a medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Harvard College with a degree in Comparative Study of Religion. As an active contributor to her field, Dr. Glass has published over 80 articles and chapters and is well-known in the oculoplastics community, both nationally and internationally. She has served in various roles including on the Institutional Ethics Committee and as Chief Resident during her residency at Columbia University. Dr. Glass is also a member of several professional societies, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
